CO4 Workspace & Coffee Bar

Phenomenal atmosphere! Truly a student's dream - cozy, quaint, comfortable, on so many levels, from the work stations, couches, and fireplace!

We had our daughter’s baby shower here and everything was great! The space was beautiful, the staff was incredibly kind, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. They were flexible with our needs and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

We hosted a baby shower for my daughter-in-law and everything went so well. The event space is bright and cheery, yet very cozy. We brought in table linens and just a few decorations to create the “vibe” we were looking for. CO4 also let us bring in our own food and drinks, and that worked great for us. Allie & Samantha were extremely easy to work with and answered all my questions. They also accommodated a few extra requests I had, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend the event space at CO4!

We hosted a birthday party for our 6 year old and rented the entire first floor. Ample space for 15 kids and adults. Large screen display for use and bring your own party music as speakers are included. We didn't opt for the cleanup service but it is available if you need it.

Owners Allie & Aaron and their family are the nicest people to work with. We held our daughter’s baptismal party in their main floor gathering space. Every request I had for the event was already fulfilled or they made it happen. They even provided private rooms where the moms could nurse their babies and allow them to nap in peace. Seriously accommodating! We had a lovely time & enjoyed the views outside the large homey windows in this very convenient location. The couches, fireplace and snack bar make it a family-friendly space. When I didn’t want to cook for our large group, The Wandering Table provided a food truck right in the parking lot which was a very unique experience. We can’t wait to go back!
