Wow, what a space, already operating at a high level. Phenomenal coffee and tea options set amongst a creative environment and an audio space. Love it, recommend it!

Good vibes. Really cool interior styling. The music selection was amazing. The speakers were beautiful and sounded incredible. They have a music listening room that was a cool place to spend a few minutes of the morning in a peaceful space. They have a slayer! I usually pick my coffee shops based on the machine they have. This place means business. They also have an incredible selection of beans, both for filter and for sale. Highly recommend if you love coffee

Audiophile’s dream… I gotta agree with the other reviewers the attention to detail is sublime. Sparkling water on tap ? That’s a yes from me. New favorite spot in town and walking distance from my place. You’ve got yourself a new regular.

I just had the best glass of natural wine of my LIFE at 27 Cafe. The coffee and wine selection is amazing. The staff is so friendly. The listening room is so cozy. I'm so happy we have this spot in Catskill!!!!!!

The best new cafe in Catskill! I had an oat milk latte and delicious homemade cookie. My friend said she had the best pour over coffee that she’s ever had.. Ample outdoor and indoor seating along with a super cool listening room. Incredible attention to detail down to the hand painted signs. Come check it out !
