Hibiscus Coffee & Guesthouse

Crema's Take
“This charming bed-and-breakfast-meets-coffee-shop in Santa Rosa Beach blends excellent breakfast and thoughtfully crafted coffee with the coziness of staying in a quirky, artsy guesthouse where every detail—from clawfoot tubs to screened-in porches—feels intentional and welcoming. The staff's genuine warmth and attention to comfort sets the tone for a slower pace, whether you're a guest lingering over espresso drinks on the outdoor patio or a local settling in with your laptop and a pastry. It's the kind of place where you come for the coffee and breakfast but stay for the inviting atmosphere and that rare sense that the people working there actually care about making your day better.”

Super cute bed-and-breakfast! We arrived after hours, but did not have any problems locating the instructions on how to find our room. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and we will certainly be back. We stayed in the woodpecker cabin. The room had everything that we needed for our day, was super cute, cozy, and clean. We will absolutely be back for another visit.
I really enjoyed my stay at Hibiscus Coffee and Guesthouse. Breakfast was great! Room had everything I needed. Nice walk to the beach. Will definitely stay there again.
i stayed in the turner room which was perfect for my solo vacation! the clawfoot tub was wonderful after a long day of driving, the screened in porch was cozy, and the backyard was so cutely decorated with lots of space to sit and read or chat with people or enjoy breakfast! it’s a quick beautiful walk to the perfect beach. it was my first stay but won’t be my last!
The staff does such a phenomenal job with customer service. The atmosphere was inviting, warm very welcoming. The people were so kind and caring about our comfort while we stayed. The upkeep/ maintenance of the grounds and property is a 5 star and beyond. I would stay AGAIN AND AGAIN. Thank you all for making our weekend get away worth it.
We loved our stay at The Hibiscus. The quiet artsy vibe of Grayton Beach is exactly what my husband and I like. The retro “old Florida” kitschy decor in the room was fun, and we loved the size of our room and bathroom. The included organic, vegetarian breakfast from Raw & Juicy was delicious, and we loved waking up, doing yoga in the garden and then getting a healthy meal. The walk to the beach was 8 minutes or we sometimes rode the free beach shuttle. We walked to every meal, there are so many restaurants in the area, and the general store is also very close. It was so nice to have everything in walking distance. We can’t wait to go back.
