Crema's Take

Tucked against the back of a state park in Santa Rosa Beach, this laid-back spot has earned its loyal following with genuinely delicious handcrafted drinks that go beyond the typical coffee shop menu—think creative specialty concoctions alongside matcha and traditional favorites. The unassuming, cozy atmosphere invites you to linger with a well-made coffee and one of their satisfying sandwiches, whether you're settling into a sofa indoors or enjoying the outdoor seating with fellow campers and locals who keep coming back year after year.

Stayed at Topsail State Park for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the very tasty sandwiches from the Cafe! I am not one to eat out when trailer camping but this was a pleasant exception. They were honestly the best (non-homemade) sandwiches I have had in years. The young ladies who work here are exceptionally polite and efficient. You can bring your lap top and get some work done as well, as this is the WiFi hot spot for the entire park.

Well, we come to this campground for the last 6 years many times. We bring in our Mothorhome organic coffee from high altitude in Mexico. We do use to ditch our coffee and have every day a coffee and a fresh baked muffin. This time we back on the camp, and try the coffee and the muffins. I have to discard the coffee, because I can’t drink. The muffin was a Walmart brand. Cold. We asked for a croissant plain. We been told that only sandwiches croissants available. Looking like premade sandwiches. Reason I made this review is: Always when new Onwer steps in have upgraded the business model. On this situation: new Onwer downgrade a successful setup. Way? To make more profit? More easy to run?

Unassuming, cozy, and absolutely delicous. My girlfriend and I were looking anywhere and everywhere to grab food and coffee at a cafe, and eveyrthing was closed. Determined, I had to dig through overpriced hogwash that closed at 2 PM to finally find this gem, open til 4:30 PM daily, serving some of the best coffee and sandwiches in the area. It’s located quite literally in a state park, with a great outdoor and indoor area for seating and games. We went for the seasonal fall latè and a classic vanilla latè, both delicious. Their specially latès are all unique and thoughtfully crafted, and quite frankly I want to try every one. That being said, their real showstoppers were their delicous Italian sandwiches. High quality, filling, and they come with chips. All Italian inspired on a tasty ciabatta roll, the perfect experience, a large step above every other overpriced frozen bacon egg and cheese coffee shop in the area. Come stop by, because they need way more love. Great food, pastries, and coffee in this underdog hidden gem.

Coastal Coffee & Cafe is a wonderful laid back experience. They have a superb handcrafted menu alongside all the traditional menu offerings. With indoor & outdoor seating having both casual (sofa and reclined chairs) and more typical (table & bar style seating) you’ll be comfortable. Whether you’re wanting to study quietly in a nice atmosphere, or just hang around with friends, you’ll be happy to know even rush hour isn’t terribly loud. I’m definitely coming here again for coffee and vibes, and I invite you to come as well.

Our group was craving coffee, so we excitedly pulled in when we saw this cafe. It is a charming shop that is tucked against the back of a state park. We had a mixture of drinks: matcha, coffee, milkshake, and lattes. The staff was knowledgeable and made suggestions. They were also helpful with a gluten allergy. An added bonus, they stocked the BEST gluten free cookies in their cooler. You should definitely give them a try.
