I’m very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered orange passion fruit with crystal boba, but the topping was completely missing. Furthermore, the cup was filled with ice, leaving almost no room for the drink itself.

Interesting little Vietnamese coffee spot - I opted for a hot taro latte and a baguette. The transaction and experience was quick, easy, and tasty! The space is large and was very quiet when I was there (weekday, late morning) but I've walked by and seen it packed with people.

If you love strong coffee, this is the spot. Their drinks are bold, rich, and high quality. I also tried the milk tea — super flavorful and strong. Drinks lean a bit sweet, but you can always adjust the sweetness to your liking. Highly recommend! (We’re here when they decorate for lunar new year)

Spacious and bright, lots of natural light, and a cute theme with large plush teddy bears. Specializes in Vietnamese coffees and its own creations. A large coffee (2 shots, flavors etc) comes up to 8$ with tax. A single employee was in the shop and generally not at the desk but in the kitchen behind. So when a customer comes in or needs something, there is nobody in sight and they don't know/hear that someone is waiting. The washroom was not very clean despite being in the morning and the shop being close to empty, so I doubt that it was professionally cleaned prior to opening for the day.

such an incredibly bright& spacious cafe, perfect for meeting up with friends !! the staff is so lovely & sweet, i love that you can choose your sweetness levels. super inventive & unique flavors with new seasonal ones as well ! i got the roasted rice oolong tea which the owners were kind enough to put 90% of proceeds towards typhoon relief in vietnam. great coworking space as well! will definitely be back :-)
