Crema's Take
“This beloved family-owned boba shop in Estero has earned serious loyalty with consistently fresh, creative drinks like their standout Taro smoothie and signature creations that keep regulars coming back. The welcoming owners pour genuine care into every cup, creating a local gem atmosphere that makes it feel less like a chain and more like a neighborhood favorite, though you might want to call ahead since boba can sometimes run out despite online stock updates.”

For some reason every time I try to get boba here they are ALWAYS sold out! I usually order online for pickup so it said they had it in stock, but twice now have I been told that there wasn’t any boba available when I come to pick the drink up :(
Amazing bubble tea here and highly recommend! Super easy to order with the app. I'm from Canada where there are Chatime locations everywhere and I was happy to see one in Florida ! The Taro smoothie is exactly like it is back home which is a specific/ unique flavor compared to most other boba places and the tapioca balls were so nice and soft as they should be! Only managed to go twice so far due to how far it is from me. My only negative is there aren't more locations. Please Please open Tampa and/or Orlando ones!
Amazing family-owned boba shop! The drinks are always fresh and delicious, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. You can really feel the love they put into this place—definitely a local gem.
Keeping this as respectful as possible. I’ve been here a number of times- I’m satisfied with my drinks at the end of the day but yesterday wasn’t the best. I had asked my daughter to go in and order our drinks- she followed my order throughly but taking a sip , I noticed it wasn’t just sweet but bitter. Almost as if the milk was expired or something . Of course I shook the drink and moved it around and even let it sit for a few minutes , a few times but the bitter taste stayed. Wasn’t even at the halfway point of the drink when I noticed chunks coming up the straw. I’m sure the employee who made the drink didn’t intend to do so but what she used had to have been spoiled milk. All the sweetness in the drink couldn’t shake that taste off. Especially, when the milk chunks came up the straw and I could definitely taste the spoiled milk. I always order the same drink- I would only change the size or the sugar level every now and then. I’m not a picky person, so if someone happens to mix up my order I usually take it as it is but this boba tea wasn’t pleasant at all. Expired milk becomes chunky almost like puree and has a bitter taste to it…. Please, make sure to double even triple check your products before using them to make an order- someone could get sick. Again, the worker was just doing her job, I do not think there was any malice there. Ultimately, I will be giving this business another shot. Might I add, my daughter’s drink was perfect! Hoping for a better drink next time !
My wife and I attended the Grand Opening of Chatime at Coconut Point and had such a delightful experience. My wife had the Strawberry Crème shake and I had the Mango Slushie and they both were excellent drinks….I would highly recommend anyone to try out this new place that offers many, many choices of drinks. We’ll definitely be going back very soon.
