The morning crew is awesome!! Shane especially takes his job to a higher level with customer service!! Awesome people and a great place. Clean bathrooms and everything stocked and tidy.

I had prepaid for gas as I bought my cigarettes. My gas was put on the wrong pump, I was told to come in pay. When I got inside I explained who I had already paid, the lady who was helping me ask another worker, she said I had to pay again for the gas & she theathen to call the cops when I said I'm not paying again. I told her to go ahead, she informed me that she refunded my money to my card but minus the discount only a portion was going to be put back on my card. I then just paid again for the gas & said I'd NEVER do business their again, she said good! This was on September 2, 2021. As of today the money has not been returned yet, it is September 8,2021. Very unprofessional & I will be calling tomorrow to have my money returned! I've never had this experience before.

Most Everyone in the reviews complained about rude women working there. I experienced none of that today. They were very nice. On August 1st I called and ordered 10 cartons of cigarettes. A guy took the order. Apparently he didn't write it down. The ladies couldn't find my order.

Nice gas station with stuff needed at a zip. As in convenient. Good selection of tobacco. ATM there is great. Needed a box of sugar, however, and it wasn't stocked on the shelf so I give four stars. Could've went to the grocery store across the street but was using a taxi so, you know, would've been too expensive for that. :) Just caught a cab to there and back on a Sunday for a few things including tobacco. The ladies there were nice and smiley. Maybe am there at the right times since all the frowns about the women there are unfounded. Don't know. However, I stop there often late nights after work and the men and women there are alright and good. Maybe just disgruntled persons about nothing in particular here.

So very sickening how RUDE the younger girl cashier!!! Mean look on face no thank you of course (never is) and just threw my change at me. This is the store over by Walmart. The ladies on Packerland are a bit nicer. But sooo DONE with the rude service from the women. I always say please and try to be polite possibly encouraging them. Does not work! Cigarettes are cheap like the service!!
