Crema's Take

Tucked into Ithaca's heart, this family-owned spot blends nostalgic charm with genuinely crafted cocktails—their old fashioneds are a standout—creating the kind of place where you'll find yourself lingering over drinks and arcade games for hours. It's equal parts dive bar comfort and community gathering space, where the owners' obvious love for both their craft and their town seeps into every interaction, making it feel less like a transaction and more like you're part of something real.

5 and Dime isn’t just for baddies! It’s for everyone. I love that this place is locally owned by a family who truly seems to love their business and the community they both nurture and help create. Thrifty, nifty, a touch of bougie in all the right places (fancy and creative cocktails). This is a good spot to go and sit at the bar and have a chat. Also good for events, LGBTQIA safe space.

Ithaca folk bringing amazing food, interesting cocktails and community to Ithaca’s nightlife. This is a regular must. Especially if you’re looking to support and sustain Ithaca’s incredible small business and food culture.

Pretty good OLD FASHIONS 🥃 I love happy hour Thursday. Some nights they have a DJ or live bands . Nice dope spot, the atmosphere is definitely a blast from the past.

Great old fashioneds and pulled pork sandwiches on Thursdays! We went on a recommendation and really enjoyed the cocktails and draft beer. I had a few quarters so was obligated to do the nostalgic thing and get some Skittles and M&M's out of the candy machines. We're looking forward to martinis and weenies on a Wednesday night! The mocktail menu also looks really legit--hope to try that as well.

Have visited here twice - once for a drink before a show at deep dive and had a great few beers and game of pool. Recently came for happy hour and ended up staying for a few hours. Cocktails are spot on, well done and priced well. Beer list is great. Excited to see what food they bring on soon! Great bartenders and vibe.
