Recommend Thai tea with lychee popping boba and tiger Dalia coffee with milk pudding (mix it well and will love the drink)

I usually have a good experience with them but I don’t know if they are having a bad day but I was not satisfied.my boba milkshake taste water down and I’m wringing this as I’m walking out . I didn’t get what I asked for which was pure around the cup cause I would like to get what I paid for . It’s been like this the last 4 times I have came I think it’s time to find a new boba place

I've come here many times and ordered on door dash. Usually the boba and service is great. Today, they were busy, so I ordered at the kiosk. I got my drinks pretty quick but my drink just tasted like milk with syrup. It was the London fog lavender tea latte. I went back to ask about it, and possibly get a replacement. I showed one of the employees, They just told me that I needed to stir it because the tea separates. I'm not a confrontational person so I just left. I also work in customer service, so I promise I know how it is when you're busy. Stress levels get high, and you're trying to get things done quickly. (Another reason i didnt argue.) However, if a customer is not happy with the product you serve, you offer a replacement. It's also possible the tea just wasn't brewed long enough so it was just super weak. People spend a lot of money on these drinks so please, if they don't like the drink, just replace it. ❤️❤️

I have visited this place at least a dozen times. I really like the drinks that are offered. I appreciate there is an almond milk option as well. You can also choose your sweetness level. The employees that work here are generally not very friendly or eager to answer your questions. Also there is no information on nutritional information for the drinks. I do like that they have a self service kiosk so you can place your drink orders.

The boba was delicious, but the tiger sugar Thai milk tea was okay. Not the best tasting, but I've also had worse. The classic milk tea was mediocre too. Customer service was okay.
