Succulent Coffee Roasters
17196 Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA
Crema's Take
“This charming corner spot near PCH serves thoughtfully crafted coffees that skip the over-sweetness—think maple lattes made with real syrup and impeccably balanced espresso drinks—paired with pastries and surprising lunch options in a bright, welcoming space. The vibe is perfect whether you're settling in solo at the bar for a leisurely pour over, meeting a friend, or grabbing an iced Mexican mocha to sip in their outdoor seating with beach proximity. It's the kind of place that feels like a local gem, with solid parking and a simple menu executed with genuine care.”

Definitely was impressed with their coffees and pastries. I tried their maple latte which tasted great as it was made with real maple syrup, and light on the sweetness which I really appreciated. I also tries their chocolate croissants (muffin style) and that was delicious too, with a generous amount of chocolate in it!
Succulent Coffee Roasters is such a beautiful little space. I had a matcha latte with coconut milk and it was excellent. I didn't realize they also have lunch options as well. Next time I'll plan for a lunchtime visit.
The place is right on the corner of PCH & Warner with great coffee and great snacks. Parking is good but sometimes can be hectic especially weekend. Menu is simple but plenty of great choices. Great and friendly service plus you can see how your coffee is made. The place is very nice, bright and with friendly vibe. They do have tables & bar seats that either look to the street or into the coffee bar. They do have coffee beans and other goods for sale. Plus they do other snacks & foods. Overall, it’s a great place, great drinks and great service.
Solid choice for coffee and other treats. Right by the beach. We had an Iced Mexican Mocha and a Matcha Latte with oat milk. Both we’re delicious and we sipped them leisurely in the outdoor seating area in late November☀️
Succulent Coffee Roasters is a sweet surprise in Huntington. The space is cute, bright, and easy to settle into, with bar seating that is perfect for a solo coffee or a quick chat. It feels welcoming right away. They roast on the darker side, and I usually lean light, but this cup was delicious. Rich, chocolatey, smooth, and not bitter. The espresso holds up in milk and also shines on its own, which says a lot about the roast and the way they pull shots. Food is simple and exactly what you want with coffee. Think sandwiches and eggs, made fresh, quick to the table, and good for breakfast or a midday bite. I would come back for another round without thinking twice.
