Crema's Take

Tucked into Carmel, this neighborhood gem serves up genuinely excellent lattes and espresso drinks alongside pastries that justify a lingering visit—their cinnamon buns and walnut bread are worth the detour. The vibe is wonderfully unpretentious: local art adorns the walls, pups are welcome to tag along, and whether you're grabbing a lox bagel to go or settling in for a leisurely breakfast, the staff treats everyone like regulars.

Charming cozy spot! Not a ton of gluten free options but this walnut bread was amazing + loved the Spanish omelette. One of the best lattes I’ve ever had.

Analuisa catered the breakfasts at the wedding party’s VRBO this last weekend. A five star review is too low. The food and service were amazing. Don’t forget to enjoy the cinnamon buns, the bacon and the homemade jams. Yum!

Loved the grab and go breakfast we got here: bagel with lox and a frittata. Local community coffee house with artisan goods and paintings for sale. Good family vibes with eclectic decor. We also bought a unique jam! Cinnamon roll looked amazing. Friendly staff and quick service with no line around 8am on Saturday.

My husband and I went to Carmel Valley for our weekend getaway. We took a walk with our dog in the morning and found this place by accident. It turned out that we were very impressed with this little coffee and bakery place. Their strawberry shortcake was the best strawberry shortcake I’ve had. Every part of the cake was perfect. The cake, the whipped cream and the strawberries were so good and not too sweet. The banana bread pudding was very yummy. The vibe was very nice and casual. We could bring our dog inside. They also have some tables and chairs outside, too. If you are in Carmel Valley, you should visit the place.

Really enjoyed the local laid back vibe of this joint. We had a couple of almond Milk cappuccino and they were nice. I also had a fresh pressed juice that exceeded expectations. The staff was super friendly. The pastries looked amazing and worthy of a return trip.
