Maui Island Coffee

I have never walked out of a restaurant/coffee shop but watching this man make our drinks we’re absolutely disgusting. The chai was in a old container that he “made fresh” but was dirty and had gunk at the top. For my latte, he took an “espresso” shot that had been sitting there for god knows how long and put it in the drink. I’m pretty sure the man is the owner because I can’t imagine an owner allowing an employee to be that careless without firing them. This place should be closed down for health violations.

Avoid! The owner/employee certainly had no interest in providing great service. My chai was poured out of some container in the fridge that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. My husband’s espresso wasn’t even made fresh either. It was poured out of some container that had randomly been sitting on the counter. Then the server proceeded to argue that it was all ‘fresh’. Never seen such a bad ‘coffee shop’. Needless to say we left without wasting a cent. What a waste of time!

Stopped in to try iced coffee and shave ice. Jonas was working and made our visit a fantastic experience!

Cute small local coffee shop, had a pastrami breakfast sandwich and a cortado, highly recommend the place, local friendly vibes willing to share and give useful advice for visitors.

Nice little gem in the complex. Wife and I needing a little drink before our sunset cruise. She got a Iced Tropical Shimopical, and I got a Iced Spiced Chai. Cool shop with other purchase items shared in photos. Nice guy and informative of our drinks. Good environment just outside sitting area under umbrellas.. got to listen to some live jamming music for a one man band.
