Fleet Coffee

Crema's Take
“Fleet Coffee brings bold, inventive seasonals like their pho-inspired Phonemenon latte alongside expertly pulled espressos, backed by a genuinely knowledgeable team that clearly loves what they do. The vibe is all about approachable specialty coffee without the pretension—whether you're grabbing a quick cortado or settling in with a creative seasonal drink and pastries from their Panamorarte pop-ups. It's the kind of neighborhood spot where the coffee is serious but the atmosphere stays relaxed and friendly.”

Got to try Fleet’s seasonal Phonemenon latte today that is inspired by pho and uses a lot of the same spices used in the making of it. This latte was incredible! It tasted like pho while also tasting like a very delicious latte. The coffee had such a smooth velvety flavor that complimented the spices well. The actual coffee stand is situated outside next to a restaurant and food truck so parking and seating are both limited and we opted to take ours to go because of it. Other than that, we really enjoyed our coffee!
Love coming here from time to time. The iced cinnamon latte is insane! They also now have an occasional pop-up from Panamorarte, a pan dulce company, which makes great pastries! Highly recommend you get one of everything. :)
Got coffee here while enjoying tacos from next door. Got an iced latte and a cortado. Drinks were good. Cortado's portion must be right but it seemed too small since it was served in a bigger cup. Barista said 16-ounce iced latte would come with 4 shots and that seemed like a lot of caffeine so I asked for 3 instead; did not seem too strong so I was glad.
The coffee options are ok wish there was a lot more options to choose from, but the breakfasts tacos are soooo good !! I will definitely be back for those tacos
Recommended as one of the best spots for Espresso in Austin and fully meets the brief. Super friendly, engaging and knowledgable staff. Had some delicious washed Colombian Bourbon espresso. They offer Pour over too but I didn’t try that. La Marzocco brewer and Mahlkonig grinders too which is always a reassuring sign of someone who cares about what they are doing.
