4500 E Speedway Blvd #41, Tucson, AZ
Crema's Take
“This Tucson spot is a haven for anyone navigating dietary restrictions, with a genuinely dedicated gluten-free bakery that doesn't compromise on flavor—their blueberry pop tarts and carrot cake muffins have earned serious praise from folks who've been gluten-free for over a decade. Beyond the stellar baked goods, they've mastered accessibility with vegan, nut-free, and dairy-free options throughout, plus a knowledgeable staff that makes recommendations feel personal rather than obligatory. It's the kind of place where everyone at your table can actually enjoy what they're eating, whether you're meeting a friend for coffee, grabbing breakfast, or celebrating a major life moment with a custom cake.”

Confusing as to where the entrance is located. Once figured out, then it wasn't so bad. Carrot cake muffin was good for a sugar free muffin. I stopped in because my BFF is on a gluten free diet and they had a blueberry gluten free muffin, and I promised I would see her before I left AZ, w breakfast in hand. The service - they only had one person behind the counter. Thankfully I had the time needed for waiting while the customer ahead of me had their order completed. Still a little frustrating. But good overall atmosphere. Clean, open, and a decent amount of space in the seating area.
Rest assured it is truly "dedicated" gluten free! An awesome spot for a tasty bite with zero worries. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff had great recommendations.
I came here for the first time and got a blueberry “pop tart style” pastry and I have to say it was by far one of THE BEST gluten free treats I’ve had in my 14 years of being gluten free. You could the filling was made from real food ingredients and it was so fruity and perfect and the crust was the perfect, buttery and flaky that you’d expect in a treat like this. Almost croissant like but thinner and then it had a delicious glaze style frosting - perfection. 10/10 SO good. The bakery had a very nice selection of different treats - even a King Cake for Mardi Gras. They also offer gluten free sandwiches. I only can speak to the pastry I ordered but if everything else is as good as that then I’d say it’s a pretty good find. Pricing is kinda on the higher side but also not all that uncommon for when it comes to gluten free. I think its interior is a bit drab & dated so it’s not necessarily an aesthetic place so I took my food to go - but everyone was very polite and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
I am not gf, but I have quite a few friends that are. I've worked with Jen from dedicated. for custom cakes twice now, once for my wedding and once for my graduation party. Both times have been a great experience, they are very accommodating and pleasant to work with. You know it's good cake when the folks who aren't gluten intolerant still look forward to eating the cake and there's none left over at the end of an event! Not to mention, the vibes and local arts representation make this place a Tucson staple. Highly recommend.
Love love love! They have vegan, nut free, dairy free, and even low sugar options. And of course EVERYTHING is gluten free. It’s so nice to have a bakery where you can freely choose anything on display as a gluten intolerant person. I go there at least once a week and they made my wedding and anniversary cake. Not only are all of their pastries delicious but they also put in the effort to make them look cute. The staff is very friendly and will always make you feel welcome
