Really good local spot for Ethiopian food. Injera, kitfo special, lamb tibs firfir and doro Alicia tibs - Everything were fresh and delicious with right amount of spices. Friendly and fast service added to the experience.
Authentic Ethiopian flavors and generous, shareable platters. Food was flavorful injera and hearty stews along with vegan/gluten-free options. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. Very clean and spacious.
A very good place with friendly and service and tasty food. Definitely would come again if we happen to be in this part of the city.
Love love love this place and their food is the best ethiopian food we ever tasted. We tried their lamb and injera bread (amazing)
This is a quiet restaurant in an industrial/residential area. I went for a late lunch and the place was empty. They were setting up for some private party on the other side of the restaurant. The service was extremely quick. I got a sambusa which is quite similar to the Indian Samosa in concept and looks, but taste very different. This one was filled with lentils, which I found to be little bit, dry for my taste. I also got the meat sampler, and it came with a huge injera and four types of meat. There stewed chicken lamb and beef and some dressed salad in the middle. Ethiopian food uses a lot of spices and it reminds me a bit of Indian curries. The bread was fermented and gave it a sour tang which I absolutely loved. The curries were delicious as well. The portion size was huge and was difficult to finish for one person. The ambience is very casual and barebones but I did not mind.
