Crema's Take

Liquid Planet Grille is a warm, unpretentious breakfast and lunch spot where the kitchen takes real pride in their craft—they won't even use a microwave, heating pie the slow way because it matters. Beyond solid coffee and matcha tea, they're known for standout comfort food like genuinely excellent chicken sandwiches and chicken fried steak that rivals anywhere in Montana, all served by staff who actually know the menu and care about getting you right.

Got a dirty bird chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was excellent. One of the better chicken sandwiches I've ever had. On the flip side the fries were so bad none of the three people I was with or myself ate them. I'm wondering if there was still dirt on the potatoes when they were cut because all of us felt grit in our teeth. I'll be back for the sandwich but will order without fries.

What a fun spot to have breakfast! We had chicken and waffles and the salmon lox. Both were phenomenal. Our server Andrew was friendly and efficient. He knows the menu very well and helped us decide our drink and food choices. We will be back whenever we're in Missoula!

This place is a fantastic place to come for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I love that they don't have a microwave so if you want your pie heated it's going to take an extra minute or two but it's worth it! Also Huckleberry pie in Missoula? Amazing!

Really enjoyed the server who took care of us and had good recommendations. We had late lunch of two breakfast items and one sandwich. Everybody enjoyed the food. The burrito could have handled a bit more meat but had decent flavor. The Dude Abides sandwich was good. Chicken and waffles also good but a little side of syrup would be a nice addition. Overall a good experience and I would go back.

Hot coffee, great service, large portions- wish I had saved room for dessert! The chicken fried steak was one of the best in the state- so tender! The avocado toast was a perfect GF option. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and delicious. Our waitresses were on top of it- never an empty cup. Thank you for the great service! ~The Weary Travelers.
