This roaster has about some of the worst customer service i have ever received in my life They refused to honor any request I made throughout the ordering process and used really dishonest advertising. Order coffee because they say all coffee is roasted to order and ships within 48 hours. Mine took over 9 days to ship. There was no Indication that this coffee would take almost 10 days to ship at all. I asked to cancel the order, I was ignored and they shipped the coffee 2 days after I requested it canceled. I ended up having to contact my bank to do a charge back, which isn't a huge deal, just disappointing the company wasn't willing to help me or be transparent at all about lead times for orders.

I have been brewing and drinking Equator Coffee's various organic coffees for over 20 years. Not only is their coffee one of the best I have ever tased, Greg Roberts, the owner, is an incredibly wonderful human. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a fantastic cup of coffee.

Equator is by far the most flavorful organic coffee I've sourced in the nation (or elsewhere). The shipping is FREE, unbelievable. I also received my coffee within a week of ordering, it's great.

I went to Equator Coffee Roasters for some espresso beans, came home and made some shots. Their coffee is exceptional. It has excellent, unique flavor undertones. I am sure the beans have something to do with how great the product is. However: I am pretty sure their air-roasting in small batches is what imparted the tastes I have not experienced before. Especially if you live in the Eugene area... go to Equator Coffee, they are in a light industrial area in W. Eugene. Their products are also available at stores and online.
