The Crown Cafe

Came from Cali to visit my sister in Eugene. On our itinerary was a lovely visit to the entrepreneurial transformed Bus Cafe. The service inviting and delightful, handcrafted delicate pastries well chosen, and best coffee ever! Salut and thank you!!

Delicious coffee & friendly atmosphere full of chatty people. 💛 Owner roasts the beans himself. Surprisingly more space in here than you’d think!

Good coffee inside a refurbished school bus. Awesomeness. I ordered an Americano which was proper. Two shots, 8oz porcelain, black. Delicious. My friend had the matcha on ice, also delicious. We came too late to try the pastries. They also had a Saigon that said all are welcome with a Bernie action figure next to it. Good Vibes. Also very cool ‘diner’ style seating inside the bus. Plus they have a walk up window. Should be more places like this in the world. Thanks Eugene!

What a cool concept! This cafe is literally inside a refurbished bus. Step onto the bus and head to the very back to order. Then sit at one of the indoor booths or window seats. It’s fun! However, we found their drinks to be average. My brother-in-law’s chai latte was very muted. It tasted more like steamed milk with very little flavor. My vanilla latte was decent, but definitely not the best in Eugene. Regardless, the concept is very fun!

This is some serious coffee. A few times ago, they felt that the coffee wasn’t at the right temp and remade it 3 times just to make it perfect; and frankly, it was. I was there today and the owner is super kind and knowledgeable, with a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. It’s on a bus, but it’s renovated exquisitely, but I’m here for the coffee.
