Crema's Take
“This Boone spot has mastered the art of being a reliable study sanctuary with consistently fast service and solid cold brew, though espresso-based drinks can be hit-or-miss depending on who's pulling shots that day. The relaxed vibe and carefully curated music create a genuinely comfortable atmosphere for both quick caffeine runs and extended study sessions, which explains why it's become a go-to refuge for students needing to hunker down. Just manage expectations around espresso execution and approach your order with the casual flexibility that comes with a neighborhood coffee shop rather than a precision-focused roastery.”

I like it. Relaxed and I enjoy the music they play.
I ordered a large latte and cannot taste any espresso in it. I know they added at lease a shot because it's vaguely brownish, but it just tastes like warm milk.
Terrible service. The only dining on campus where the workers are rude. Not concerned with anyone but themselves. Good smoothies tho.
Ordered a small iced coffee and they workers looked at me as if I was ordering meat loaf from a coffee shop. Coffee came out quick but tasted like dirt.
Always there when you need em! The Wired Scholar offers quick service to any student in need of a boost while studying in the Belk Library!
