Crema's Take
“Mostra Coffee is a spacious, welcoming spot in San Diego where you can settle in for hours with a laptop or friends, thanks to plenty of seating and outlets throughout the shop. Their baristas shine with creative specialty drinks—think ube crème brûlée coffee and signature flavor combinations—though the espresso-focused menu is solid if you prefer traditional pulls. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, though fair warning: prices sit on the higher end, and consistency seems to vary between visits.”

Can’t speak on the coffee- I didn’t have a chance to order because the barista was so rude. She did tell me they were out of matcha but no other warning as to how long a coffee would take. I try to order and very abruptly she says it’s gonna be a while because I’m cleaning the machine. No estimated time of when it would be done just very rude. The place didn’t close until 5 and I arrived at 4:30 pm. I’ve also worked in a service industry and usually you don’t clean the machine that provides the service until after the business is closed. Will not be returning.
Staff was very nice and quick with service but coffee and tea drinks unfortunately tasted kinda of blah. Especially for $5 a cup the tea should be fresher. Inside had a fair amount of music playing so we went to the back courtyard which was nice because it has outlets but unfortunately it’s also right under the flight path so every 10 minutes you have to stop talking and wait for the planes to fly over. Also they didn’t have any food or pastries available.
They have great coffee options. Their UBE crème brûlée was 10/10. The space is great. Lots of seats, tables, and outlets if you want to hangout with friends or just be on your laptop. The baristas were friendly and knowledgeable. They make great coffee art too!
Great coffee Some wild flavors and all we tried were very good Though we usually go for the traditional...had to try the creme crule coffee. Hate to admit it, but extremely unique and a definite must try. We will keep it as a special treat and not on the regular fair.
Nice, clean, and spacious atmosphere with plenty of room to relax. I ordered an iced Brazilian coffee with whole milk — smooth and refreshing. A bit pricey at $7, but overall a pleasant spot to enjoy a good coffee. Clean bathroom for customers. Free water 💧 and cups available customers
