Diamond Cafe

Waited an hour with no food served. Both waiter and manager avoided coming to our table until we had to approach them to ask where food was. Was told "ticket machine broke" and that they would start it right away. Half an hour later only half the order comes out. Once my party finishes the dishes still nothing on the other half of order. Still charged 55 bucks for not receiving half of order. No word from manager who was hiding in the back while the 15 year old cashier tries to solve this. We ordered 2 French toasts, chicken and waffles, and a egg combo.

Went on a Saturday late morning , restaurant had only a few tables available , which was a good sign. Little by little people were walking out without eating. We were seated and after 15 minutes we got a coffee. We waited another 45 minutes for our food. Two young girls were the only waitstaff on and kept apologizing to everyone. It was sad and not their fault. So many people walked out and people seated before us were still waiting to place their order . When the waitress came to us , I directed her to the table of 5 waiting to place their order. They need to add more waitstaff and a quicker meal delivery .

This restaurant is OUTSTANDING ✅ The meals are fresh and very tasteful. The service is excellent and staff are truly caring. And to boot it’s pricing is very reasonable. Don’t miss out, try it today.

The poached eggs were cooked perfectly; not hard, not undercooked, just right. The bacon was crisp just as I like it, the home fries were large chunks of well seasoned red bliss potatoes and cooked through. The service was a bit slow for a late morning breakfast order but the quality of the food made it worth the wait. My only small complaint was the coffee was simply so-so. I forgot to ask which brand they serve. It was hot but bland. Otherwise it was an excellent breakfast and I will be happy to return.

Absolutely delicious food!! Big portions and great service. They also have a ice cream bar and they do açaí bowls with alllll the toppings!! This is a must visit!
