Good tasting hot mocha, it was not too sweet and espresso was strong. Service was fast and friendly. So many choices from the menu plus they sell savory and sweet snacks plus coffee beans too.

The man with the mask, when asked for a dash of cream in my espresso, remarked that I will be stealing from him if I add more than a dash. I don't need an argumentative interaction when asking for a simple request. His demeanor soured the whole interaction and made my girlfriend not even want to order anything. Many of the customers around us were visibly angry with him and his brash and standoffish demeanor. Worst customer service experience at a coffee shop I've ever had and I won't be going back.

I’ve been a regular here for well over a decade, it is without parallel in Napa. The company’s commitment to meticulous training is evident in the consistency and quality of the drinks. The staff are all amazing, in particular Jewely Anne. I have yet to find her having a bad day, and as a fellow in the service industry I admire her ability to make each person feel significant and appreciated without fail. She is a pleasant bit of sunshine to every guest!

Had the hottie latte which was as promised. Not sure I’d order it again but I did enjoy it. The barista and service were a bit slow but it seemed more in the spirit of careful and deliberate work than anything else. The workspace was being kept incredibly clean and tidy and the barista and cashier seems very in sync putting together the orders.
