First time here. My brother was a big fan of him and I have no clue who he is LOL I forgot the name of the drink but I think it was called summer blossom green tea and it tasted really good. She said it’s seasonal so i believe it’s only for summer time.

I had the brown sugar pudding milk tea with spicy popcorn shrimp. In an area with a lot of boba places … I actually thought it was pretty good! The fact that they have food is really nice. The milk tea went really well with the spicy popcorn chicken. Reminds me of Tapioca Express. The shop itself is pretty small but there is a fair amount of outdoor seating. Would come here again

There was no line when I arrived. We tried using the kiosk and it was easy to use. 1st you enter your phone number and you will be able to see pictures of all the drinks. Then you can pick your drink accordingly and choose the toppings, level of sweetness / ice. If you order at the cashier, you can only see the name of the drink on the screen behind the cashier. The screen keeps switching to show different drinks collections. They also have a physical menu that you can pick up from the cashier to look through the drink they offered. Today was National Boba Day and they gave us free boba topping to our drinks. We ordered the blueberry matcha and honey roasted Oolong milk tea. The matcha has perfect bitterness blend in the drink with the blueberry sweetness. The honey roasted Oolong milk tea, although I can taste the earthiness of the tea but not much of Oolong aroma. I asked which is the most popular drink and they told me is the matcha guava. I will try that drink next time.

**Best popcorn chicken in the OC!** Long overdue review: I've already been to the Irvine location at least 4-5 times since the soft opening. I used to drive all the way to Artesia and so I am super happy it's now closer! I've been searching for the best popcorn chicken in OC and it took many boba shops later until I decided to go to Artesia to try out Bopomofo and the rest is history. They're drinks are also delicious 😋 my favorite is their Brown Sugar Buzzed coffee that tastes just like my favorite coffee in Japan! So they have me as a customer for life. 👍 I love their milk is lactose free (Asian American here 😂) AND you can swap to oat milk for free! Orange Wang is popular with the kids and my baby girl loves it. I get it 50% sugar so it's not too sweet. Tried their brown sugar milk tea with pudding, it was a nice alternative to the brown sugar coffee, if you're looking for a nice black tea with some sweetness. I have yet to try their actual boba and some other teas but I look forward to my many trips back to Bopo!

First time we were able to try brown sugar pudding milk tea and popcorn chicken! Grand opening day and I wish I could give more than five stars! Even though it was pretty busy, we got our drinks very quickly and the chicken still came out perfect. Super super tender talaga and sobra masarap!! Love that they have a new Irvine location. Store was clean and everyone was super friendly! Lots of outside seating available. Phil looked busy but maybe we’ll get to say hi next time 😊
