Crema's Take

This quirky Conway staple nails the bohemian aesthetic with thoughtfully curated décor that earned one customer's comparison to their own nostalgic youth, and they've built a genuine community hub where coffee, crystals, and tarot readings coexist naturally. The owners source beans from a local South Carolina roaster to craft layered, quality espresso drinks—including a pumpkin spice that's apparently life-changing—while keeping prices fair and the vibe authentically hippie rather than performative. Beyond the excellent coffee and pastries, it's the warmth of the owners and the sense that they actually care about bringing people together that keeps regulars coming back.

Cute lil coffee shop that aims for the unity of the community. Coffee, crystals and tarot is just one of the types of functions that I've attended. They are a great asset to this area

The owners are so sweet and friendly. Price is right!!! Atmosphere is true to its name, very tasteful in decorating choices. My husband said he feels like he’s back in his youth “ I never thought I would see this kind of place again “ He got a small black coffee , I got a Matcha tea with lavender and we shared a muffin. I also got a peppermint tea to go. Lovely little place

Excellent! I'm a bit picky about the quality of the espresso roast used in coffee shops. I like a deeper, layered flavor profile (even in a latte). They source their beans from a local SC roaster in Spartanburg. And you can taste the difference here. The espresso was rich, the oatmilk was creamy and the foam/froth was abundant. Bravo. I travel a lot, and am disappointed a lot, haha. But not today!! The atmosphere is quirky and fun, tie dye, boho, hippie themed, with lots of seating (inside). The owners are very sweet and friendly, quite happy to chat with you and help you decide what to get. This coffee shop is very unassuming, you'd miss it if you were driving by. Google maps does a great job with directions of you're having trouble finding it. If you are in south Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet, heck even if you are in North Myrtle Beach, worth the drive. My only suggestion is to the owners is to try branching out by making your own syrups. There are plenty of recipes for fresh pumpkin spice puree or mocha. And you can make your own syrups with simple syrup infused with herbs, spices, etc.

The service is super nice! Great variety of drinks. What I appreciate the most and what I find keeps me coming back to coffee shops is the ambiance and they nail the hippie vibe. You can tell they really took the time to do the little things right and there's so many little details to discover. What jumped out to me was all the chairs that could be boring and cookie cutter from anywhere are reupholstered to look groovy which is perfectly in line with the name and virtually everything else in this little nook in Surfside.
