Crema's Take

Explorado Market is an entirely gluten-free haven in downtown Fort Collins where every pastry, sandwich, and specialty drink is crafted without compromise—their maple doughnuts are so beloved they regularly sell out. Beyond the carefully curated baked goods, their baristas excel at creative lattes like dark chocolate cherry that even self-proclaimed coffee snobs find genuinely surprising, all served in a quaint, inviting space that's perfect for lingering over matcha or chai. It's the kind of place where people with dietary restrictions finally get to relax and indulge without asking questions, while everyone else simply discovers excellent, thoughtful coffee.

Absolutely love their food here. My mom has celiac disease so when she comes to visit we are very limited on where we can eat. We have tried almost all their pastries and I will say they are amazing! Their coffee is also pretty good. It is small but cozy with a very natural vibe. I highly recommend their quiche if you can’t decide on something.

I was delighted to stumble into this all- gluten-free shop! It smelled amazing & was so inviting. Definitely coming back for more on my next trip up here!

I love this place and go here to get treats when I'm downtown. My favorite that I get every single time is the maple doughnut (unless they've ran out- which happens😱!). Other faves are the espresso brownie, and Pumpkin Muffin - but I prefer the ones with the chocolate chunks! Recently I had the ginger cookie and it was flavored well and not crunchy like gingerbread- nice and soft, which I like! I haven't tried drinks or savory items yet. I'm also dairy free (though I don't mind butter in items) and some of the quiches and other savory goods have dairy. I've been GF/ DF for over a decade and grew up here in FC so I'm ecstatic to finally have a cute lil bakery in town that serves delish & ALL gluten free goodies!!!

This is a beautiful setting with all items made gluten free, no questions need be asked. The pastries and sandwiches are delightful, the chai can use a little help. The quaint environment attracts a bright and vibrant audience of people discusses ideas, working remotely, and enjoying this beautiful spot in the heart of Old Town. I’ve enjoyed my time here. You can also purchase nice stickers, shirts and portraits as memorabilia from Lory State park or horse tooth hiking experiences to remember your time in Fort Collins. It’s also very close to the main bus terminal that offers rides to most of the surrounding areas and access to the Bustang bus pick up as well that runs north to south in Colorado for as little as $10 a trip.

I am a coffee snob, and I usually always go into ordering a latte thinking I won’t like it but here they surprised me! I ordered the special latte which was dark chocolate cherry, and it was fantastic. It was hot and perfectly balanced. The gluten free donut has a different taste to it, but I enjoyed it. The staff made a lot of mistakes with orders while we were there. I would come back to get a coffee and try other items. It’s wonderful to have so many gluten free options.
