It doesn’t matter if you’re a regular or someone who only pops in every now and then, Irene treats everyone like they belong. The service is always spot‑on, but it’s more than that. She has this way of making the whole place feel comfortable, like you’re walking into a familiar kitchen instead of a business. Maybe it’s because I’m a college kid, but she gives off that homey Mom‑energy in the best possible way. She’s genuine, caring, and the kind of person who’ll look out for you even if you’re not her kid. She’ll never steer you wrong on a drink recommendation, and at seven in the morning, that smile somehow makes you feel like the day’s already off to a good start. It’s the kind of small moment (less than 5 minutes) that sticks with you and makes you want to come back!

Many smoothie/shakes/tea options, pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff (I forgot to ask her name 🥹), anyway, I loved it and I will definitely be back! And of course, the protein shake I got was delicious!

This was my first time into the establishment, I arrived at 12:12. There was no one at the counter, just 2 women in back arguing about the difference between fat and muscle mass. They both made eye contact several times, never said hi or even took my order. At 12:20 a nice girl comes out of the restroom and was surprised I hadn’t been helped, but she said she was new and needed help making my drink. One of the muscle mass women comes to the front to help make the drink, never even says hi to me or have a nice day, just says “$10,” (even though it was $10.38). I mean the tea is yummy but I’d rather have a nice encounter with another human than an over priced drink.

Went in to redeem a free coupon over the weekend and had the best experience. The atmosphere is great. Clean and laid back. Service was incredible. Very kind and helpful. Everyone greets you with a warm hello. It feels like a bunch of friends hanging out. And the teas are great! The flavor is powerful and for only 10 calories I can enjoy flavor without feeling so guilty. Love this place. Will be back often.
