Better Buzz Coffee Mission Beach

Better Buzz has great staff, delicious drinks and really yummy food. The location is great — it’s right off the main road in Mission Beach, making it an easy stop. Bella was super sweet and very helpful. We’ve gone every morning during our stay. Highly recommend.

First time going to this coffee shop, had a really lovely experience here! The barista (I think her name was Bella) was super friendly and helpful. She recommended the match which was extremely good. Definitely coming back!

I was in town for a conference and a local suggested this place for coffee. I ordered their mint infused iced coffee. I've had mint infused coffee before at other coffee shops and I usually love them, but the coffee here tasted really watered down and had a burnt aftertaste to it. I also didn't taste any mint at all. I was super disappointed because I went out of my way to get coffee here before my conference started.

Wowza!! I am in love with their Vanilla bean caffe coffee and Hazelnut Divinity it's a must have They have a minimal items of pastry for sweet and salty variety but actually you will not need a lot of choices as all the pastries are tasty and fresh. I love the location being just a couple of steps away from the beach amazing staff, very welcoming vibes and nice ambience. note: it could get busy so please be patient

Better Buzz Coffee at Mission Beach has a lot going for it, especially its convenient location near Mission Bay Beach. We tried the hazelnut divinity latte, white mocha, conscious chocolate blended smoothie, chocolate croissant, and avocado toast. The drinks were rich and flavorful, with the hazelnut divinity latte being a standout. The chocolate croissant was excellent, perfectly flaky and rich. The avocado toast was good but could use more seasoning to enhance its taste. On the downside, the cafe offers only one size of coffee, which is quite large. Introducing at least two size options would be a welcome change. Additionally, drinks were served in disposable cups. I’d expect ceramic cups at a cafe, especially as I try to avoid using paper and plastic unnecessarily. The service was rude; the baristas seemed preoccupied among themselves, which affected the overall experience. While there’s room for improvement, the cafes ambiance and proximity to the beach make it worth a visit for a relaxing coffee break.
