Cinchona Coffee

I ordered a cranberry matcha and a pastry from this cafe and would have to rate it 3/5. The pastry was delicious and I loved it, however, the matcha was not my favorite. I could not taste the cranberry and it tasted too much like herbs and not like matcha at all.

The most aesthetic, peaceful, cute little cafe in Colorado Springs. Go to cafe every weekend. Everything is so natural and delicious! Sea salt latte with lavender honey is my favourite! The bakery items are so yum as well. The staff is exceptional. Sweet, kind and friendly!

This coffee is absolutely one of the best coffee spots for people who care about their coffee! I needed caffeine and I like odd or unique flavor combinations so Andrew (owner) reccomend end the mocha with a goat cheese foam with this flaked sea salt on it which was amazing! I will be back to get it again!

Best iced matcha latte I’ve had in a long time ☺️ This place is perfect - in drinks, interior, service and doggy! Shepherd took care of us (he was SO nice) and we got to meet his dog Scooby. 🐶 It’s spacious inside and natural light hits it in all the right places. By the back table is where you can play Nintendo 64 if you’d like. Were visiting from out of state and I’m glad to have found Cinchona 😊

This is my new favorite Matcha & Coffee shop in the springs. When you want a high-end/quality drink, go here. Really great attention to detail, and I am very excited to see the place built out as they finalize this location. Lots of awesome plans in the works from talking to the owners! Vibe is great, very nice place to hang out/work/play N64 :D. Gosh we have such a great coffee scene here!
