If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I had the avocado toast, which was sliced avocado, a poached egg, cilantro, and toasted pumpkin seeds on rosemary bread and it was fantastic. The combination of flavors was rich and earthy, just the right amount of everything. It came with a tomato salad with fresh greens, vinaigrette and red pepper flakes. Overall a flavorful, fresh and healthy meal. The atmosphere is themed art deco/diner and was spot on though at the time they did have a portion of the inside walled off for remodeling. They have limited hours but do serve breakfast the entire time they're open. You can also get mixed drinks and decadent pies for dessert. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. If you're in the area of downtown Georgetown, I highly recommend this for brunch. Parking is a bit less convenient, but we'll worth the trouble.

Great diner, very busy, delicious food. Well worth the ten minute wait for the table. Our server was very friendly and prompt on the coffee refills, that is always appreciated. I ordered two buckwheat pancakes with candied pecans and banana slices, with a side of two scrambled eggs. I left feeling very full and satisfied. I will definitely return here again. Thank you Monument Cafe.

Very open and comfortable environment. The service was friendly and great! I got the biscuits with sausage gravy. Ok...scratch made biscuits and gravy...amazing. Also they give you a basket of the biscuits and whipped butter. My daughter got the waffles, they hit the target for sure! My wife got the breakfast sandwich with bacon. All of it was amazing!!

The most solid brunch in Georgetown. My friends and I stopped by on our way to a hike from Austin. The options are southern comfort food, and the service is similarly warm with southern hospitality. I felt the servers and kitchen staff handled the weekend rush expertly. That said, it gets quite busy on the weekends so get there early or expect a wait! Also the decor here is so great. What a cool vibe

I’ve been living in Georgetown for over a year and I’m so upset with myself that I have only recently gone. Truly a Georgetown GEM. Extremely packed and bustling but rightfully so! Delicious food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere which is odd to say because it’s packed and loud, but somehow, it felt homey. Everything from the biscuits to the pie was 10/10. If you’re in Georgetown or if you’re not, it’s worth a visit!
