The Spice & Tea Shoppe

If you need a “hard to find” spice then chances are you can get it here, and all of the basics as well. Prices are extremely reasonable and I appreciate that most things are offered in both a glass jar and a refill bag. I particularly enjoy their curry powder over anything I’ve bought at a big box store. Great selection of loose leaf tea as well - the coconut blast black tea is amazing. Plenty of odds and ends that would make good foodie gifts. Employees are very nice and helpful which makes every experience here a good one.

I love this business it is one of my favorites in Reno. The lady's working this shop are very nice and knowledgeable. I really like the quality of all there products. I love the selection of the oolong tea. They have a tumric ginger tea that I started drinking for inflammation it has helped control my diabetes as a side effect. It has black pepper and fenugreek seeds as well. Anyway, I have a crazy taste in teas. I like just about everything. I love turkish tea from the black sea region unfortunately the don't stock that one. But the caravan tea is a nice smoky tea good straight or a splash of coconut milk. There 3 year aged tea is fabulous as well. The milk list oolong is probably my favorite. Iron goddess of mercy my second choice. My wife loves the raspberry lemonade, coconut and Christmas time tea. I blend it with the delicate black tea. Anyway this shop is amazing if you want a proper cuppa. They have english blends and Braveheart blends as well. These teas are complex and delicious. Keep up the good work. I wish I didn't have to drive 75 miles to vist this store.. Thanks again

First time in I wasn't disappointed. They were very helpful and were able to help me find a few options to start with as a new comer to loose leaf tea. Can't wait to come back to try more of their many options.

One of those shops that you could just spend all day and exploring and trying new things. We love coming here for the amazing selection of homemade loose leaf teas 🍵 and spices. Good to know you can also get a hot or iced tea in the store. By far the best tea shop in Reno and a great place to shop for gifts. 🫖
