Diana's Coffee

Stopped by Diana’s Coffee Shop and got the strawberry matcha. It was so good. Smooth, refreshing, and the strawberry flavor was perfect. The staff was extremely nice too. Super friendly and welcoming, just a really good vibe overall. I’ll definitely be back. 🍓🍵

didn’t realize this coffee shop was located at the Cedar Market Ranch — I had just Googled coffee nearby and was pleasantly surprised to stumble into the farmers market too! Ended up doing a little shopping and found some of the freshest produce at great prices, and still got my coffee fix. I tried the dulce de leche latte and it was phenomenal. I liked that they asked the preferred sweetness which I was able to request not so sweet. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Got the Cafe de Olla at 1/2 sweet and it was really good! My Only complaint would be the cinnamon stuck to the cup a lot 😆

A gem nestled in the Cedar market! They have a great selection of Colombian coffee for sale. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the products they offer. I’ve been hooked on the Pumpkin Nut Matcha 🥰… it’s a must try!! Great service from amazing people!

Sad to say I have completely finished my grounds from Diana's coffee. I bought the decaffeinated medium grind/medium roast Castillo variety back in August. I ordered their hibiscus tea at the time, which was good, but I wish I had ordered a coffee instead 😁. The coffee grounds I brewed (via aero press) makes a great cup of coffee and has a notable chocolatey/indulgent flavor. I am not a coffee expert at all (and sometimes think flavor notes are not believable), however I did enjoy this coffee in particular. Side note, I do add milk and or cream. With all this being said, I'm excited to go back and buy another bag! 😁 Other notes: They are located inside the farmers market!
