Rowhome Coffee - Pine Street

Crema's Take

This neighborhood gem on Pine Street has cracked the code on the perfect breakfast sandwich, spinning a Philly classic into something craveable by building it on a warm pretzel base with fresh eggs and your choice of sausage or bacon. The espresso drinks hold their own too, especially if you're customizing them to taste, but it's the relaxed, welcoming vibe that keeps the morning crowd flowing—from dog walkers to runners to folks just wanting to linger over coffee and pastries in a space that actually feels like home. You'll understand the hype the moment you bite into that salty pretzel meeting perfectly cooked egg and meat.

Wonderful neighborhood coffee shop with crazy amazing food! This pretzel breakfast sandwich is a quintessential Philly staple in my book. Served with egg and choice of sausage or bacon, it is a beautiful moment. Made fresh served steaming hot you can’t deny this is classic Philly and a place you should go to every single day!!!

This is a cute little cafe with delicious bagel sandwiches. It has a welcoming and friendly environment with runners and morning dog walkers stopping in for coffee and a breakfast sandwich (amongst other treats). Their sriracha butter is a must-try, it adds to the flavor of the sandwich. There are tables to dine at, or a convenient to-go place.

The pretzel egg and cheese 🥨 was sooo good and super fresh! Loved the chill vibe, perfect spot to grab coffee and just relax in the morning. Definitely coming back!

Wow, that pretzel sandwich was so good! I don’t know who had the idea to to make a breakfast sandwich on a pretzel but they need a raise. The saltiness matched up with my sausage egg and cheese very very well. So much good flavor. There’s more space here than I expected given the reviews (though still small), and it’s a cute spot. I’d definitely work from here in the future. Can’t wait to try a coffee next time!

I got an iced mocha with oatmilk and also a pretzel bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an everything pretzel. Both were good! Worth the hype. Next time I will get the mocha half sweet as it tasted like chocolate milk. There is a bit of seating inside but it is very tight.
