Crema's Take
“We We's Bakery & Bistro is a beloved Miami spot where generous portions and consistently fresh pastries make every visit feel like a treat, even if your wallet might need convincing. Regulars rave about the quality of both the coffee and the full breakfast spreads, with friendly baristas and waitstaff who genuinely seem to care, creating the kind of reliable neighborhood gathering place where lingering over an iced latte or settling in for a leisurely brunch feels completely natural.”

It's okay. Definitely pricey. I was going to get food and then looked at how expensive everything was and got an iced latte instead. Also this is the only place I have ever ordered an iced latte where they didn't put any ice in it. It was cold but not poured over ice which I definitely didn't like. Especially in Miami it is so hot here that after a few minutes, your drink is not cold anymore. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I had already left.
I live beside this place and absolutely love it. Any chance I get I go over for a coffee and breakfast. The pastries are always fresh and delicious and the breakfast plates are always HUGEE I never finish them and always have food to take to go. I also cant get over their lattes they are worth it. My only bad take would be the lack of vegan options, I was unable to go with my vegan friends and family because of that. Everything else is awesome though including the service so I have no complaints, I definitely recommend trying this bakery.
Ordered two of their egg croissants to go this morning, and I mentioned multiple times about removing ham/bacon and any meat from the sandwiches. It was a To Go order so it was my fault that I didn’t double check and left, and later on realized that one of their sandwiches still has meat when I sat to eat; I couldn’t return it at that point. I gave them a pretty hefty tip as well, and this is the service I received. They should be more careful with their customer’s requests and food restrictions.
We went for a late breakfast/brunch and were pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and the portion sizes were very generous, so definitely go with an appetite. The coffee was scrumptious, and everything came out fresh and beautifully plated (so good that I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before digging in). The only downside is that the tables are a bit on the small side, especially considering how big the plates are, but other than that everything was perfect. Great food, great vibes — we’ll definitely be back!
The service is great and the food is delicious. Dependable and reliable, the house potatoes are great. The baristas and waiters are all friendly and helpful, the coffee is delicious too. Everything is good, croissants too, the plain and guava variation are my favorites. The only downside is the effect it can give your stomach by making it grow, the prices are a little high though but other than that it’s a great place. Luckily not too popular so it’s easy to get helped and not have to wait around a lot.
