Hot Shotz Coffee

The coffee was fantastic, however the service needs some work. I asked about a specific drink they posted on their TikTok account and was met with a super rude attitude from one of the workers. I will say the drink was fantastic and the person working the window who placed the order and took payment was super nice. I don't think I will come back though due to the rude service of the other team member.

Today marks the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this place. I got a rude note on one of my coffees I got thru uber eats that I need to pay for alternative milk for a breve which I did? No espresso in the dirty chai either. Now it’s just been straight up cancelled… I tip well, I ask nicely for the extras. Which sucks cuz their chai lattes are really good. But I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

16 oz med roast/ hazelnut syrup. Very robust. Coll enough to drink right away. Prompt service. Reasonable price. Definitely go back

The only reason I go here now is due to convenience. I try to always avoid this stand. Before the last 3-4 months I would consider myself a regular. The baristas have never remembered me or make the interaction friendly or nice. My order is almost always incorrect when ordering through DoorDash which is frustrating. I double check to make sure I did not make the mistake by selecting the wrong thing but no everything on my order is selected correctly but almost always WRONG. I pay extra for white coffee and get regular coffee shots. That has resulted in me only getting flavored red bulls and no longer coffee from this stand. Their americanos all have 1-2 shots 12oz to 24oz which is insane! Never seen that anywhere else. A normal 16-24oz Americano comes with 3 shots and up not 2. So I end up paying more for an extra shot that should already come with the size. Please spend more time paying attention to the order details and maybe make more of an effort to make your regular customers feel appreciated.

Went to 7-Eleven to pick up a couple items, on the way out. I stopped by Hot Shots I was wanting a mocha and before I had a chance to order or even say hi. the barista came to the window very irritated and disrespectful. I can't believe somebody with a attitude like that would work with customers! let alone continue to be employed! Maybe Hotshots isn't aware of the employees? either way I just replied "you don't need to be rude, have a nice day." I recommend going somewhere else, where the coffees are better and the prices are lower. This happened on 08/02/25 at about 425pm
