The Kidd Coffee Co
250 E 5th St, Cincinnati, OH
Crema's Take
“The Kidd Coffee Co is a beloved family-owned spot in Cincinnati where creativity shines in both their espresso drinks and pastries—regulars rave about signature creations like the banana French toast latte paired with their impossibly good banana nut muffin, while their nitro cold brew and inventive flavors (French toast muffin, anyone?) keep people coming back. Beyond the stellar coffee and baked goods, what really sets this place apart is the genuine warmth of their long-tenured staff who clearly love what they do, making it feel less like a transaction and more like catching up with friends over breakfast sandwiches and quality time with family.”

I went to this place with my mom and sister for lunch. We both got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and a vanilla shaken espresso, my mom got it sugar free. Everything was so good and a decent price! The bagel sandwiches were less than $6 and I believe the shaken espresso was around $6 as well. My little sister got a plain bagel with cream cheese and said it was delicious. If I lived in the area, I would be coming here all the time!
Stopped by this coffee shop twice while staying at the Hampton Inn next door. Their coffee and muffins are amazing! Tried the French Toast muffin and it was one of the best muffins I have ever had. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to stop by again on my next trip to Cincinnati!
First time having a banana French toast latte and it was delicious. I paired it with a banana nut muffin. Super cute location and great staff. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. Very hospitable way to start my journey in Cincy.
Cutest family owned cafe ever! The breakfast sandwich & the nitro cold brew were both amazing! The staff were very friendly & sweet & shared how they loved working there for the past 10 years. Love to see a business that provides great food/coffee & service plus treats employees well!
Nice place, right around the corner from my hotel. Dog friendly, which is always nice to see. Staff were friendly. I got the ham, egg, and cheese, on an Asiago bagel. Inexpensive and tasty. Only a small reduction, which was from the americano I had. It tasted a bit watered down. Not sure if it’s the bean they are suing, or maybe they need to add an extra shot in their 20oz, but very flat in flavor.
