This is exactly what a coffee shop should be! Grinding beans, simple recipes with basic croissants and small breakfast menu. Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service and fresh coffee and ingredients. Nothing too exotic or crazy and lots of workers to accommodate the businesses around it. I highly recommend the blueberry lavender latte, on the less sweet side.

Such a chill spot! Outdoor seating with charging ports, a fountain that makes it feel like you’re at a resort, and the vibes are just perfect. The coffee and burritos? So good. You have to try the Matcha Strawberry Latte — it’s their signature and totally worth it!

Parking is paid, but they do offer validation for 90 minutes, which is a helpful perk if you’re just stopping in for coffee or a short meeting. The coffee here is consistently excellent. Their espresso is smooth and balanced, and the rest of the drink menu shows the same attention to quality. Inside, the space is small and tends to get pretty crowded, especially during peak hours. That said, the outdoor seating more than makes up for it. There’s plenty of room outside, and the area has a relaxed atmosphere with a nice view and a peaceful fountain that adds a pleasant touch. Overall, this is a great spot for anyone who values good coffee and doesn’t mind a little extra effort to get to it. Just plan ahead for parking and try to grab a seat outside if the inside is full.

Delicious food and amazing coffee wow! You gotta try the strawberry latte if it’s in season. And I had the Chorizo breakfast burrito. So filling and so tasty. Definitely a nice place to meet with a friend or colleague. They validate for parking too if you parked in the garage in the business plaza they’re located within.
