White Dog Coffee

Just went through here and had the worst coffee I’ve ever paid for close to 20$ for 2 coffees. it is so overly sweet I don’t even want to drink it, way to much caramel can’t even taste any coffee. My wife has gestational diabetes and can’t even drink her coffee due to the insane amount of caramel in the coffee and in the cup itself. And I know that it’s not their issue but we don’t have this problem anywhere else no special order anywhere else. I feel we should normalize no extra caramel unless requested at least not so much

I received a $25 gift card several months ago but I live in Idaho and rarely get the chance to use it. The first visit I got a white coconut latte and it was so good, I’ve been dreaming about going back and getting another. Today was finally the day I had a chance. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. I couldn’t taste any coconut or cinnamon whatsoever. I actually wanted to cry as I’ve been fantasizing about this for months. I used the rest of the gift card and got a drink for my son (I can’t remember what he got, some sort of chai) plus tip came to $17. We literally didn’t drink either of them. If he didn’t have a flight to catch I would’ve been a Karen and asked them to remake it but we didn’t have time. Very disappointing Update: the owner reached out to me and made it right! I’ve been back two times and had the toasted coconut and it’s been Fantastic both times!!! Thank you Corey!!!

My absolute favorite place in the area to get coffee. Ive been going to white dog for years! The business owners are incredible and help give back within the community. Support local!

Pines White Dog is my everyday stop! All of the baristas are so fabulous and kind! They all make an effort to remember orders. Such a wonderful group of women!

I have been a huge white dog supporter for years, a friend and I went to the Pines location today and had a horrible experience. We had 3 cars infront of us and waited over 30 minutes to order (by the time we realized how long we had been waiting we were up next) and then our order was wrong. Since the prices are expensive for a coffee these days, I didn’t want to not enjoy it. Since they didn’t have a walk up window at this location, I had to wait in line for another 30 minutes (2 cars infront of us) just to have them remake my drink. The wait is unreal, and to compensate I was given a 5 dollar card which sadly won’t even cover a full drink. I am just disappointed that the service seems to have gone downhill because like previously stated, I’ve been a long time supporter for over 8 years!
