Crema's Take

Komma Tea stakes its reputation on boba and French macarons, but the execution falls short of the premium pricing—reviewers consistently report watered-down drinks, stale or poorly-made pastries at $5 each, and basic quality control issues including hair in drinks and staff not wearing gloves. The interior is described as drab, and their refusal to remake problematic orders compounds the frustration. One positive review suggests the fruit teas *can* be good, but the 3.3 rating and pattern of complaints about freshness and hygiene make this a risky choice when better boba spots almost certainly exist nearby.

My boyfriend and I love boboa and macaroons! We eat them weekly, so we know how the quality is supposed to be. The brown sugar boboa was decent….but…baby….the macaroons are $5 each and are not quality! They are dry and tasteless…we spent $50 on macaroons and none of them were…

Doesn’t belong in the towncenter. Quality is not fresh or made fresh like they claim. Everything is watered down, macarons are priced so high. The interior is drab too. Sorry this is not it

Gross, got the Oreo milk tea with boba it was terrible. I tried to see if I could switch it out and they said we would have to order another. Expensive for how terrible it is. We also got a Thai tea boba drink which was also terrible. Don’t do it, or maybe stick to a safe drink…

I got it before work yesterday to try it out, I actually really enjoyed it. I got mango with peach boba I believe. Very good 👍🏻
