Crema's Take

This spacious Watertown spot nails the balance between serious espresso craft and genuine hospitality, with regulars praising the rich, flavorful coffee that ranks among Boston's best. Beyond the excellent drinks, Revival wins hearts with creative pastries, thoughtful light food options, and an inviting modern atmosphere loaded with comfortable seating, ample outlets, and the kind of quiet that makes remote work actually productive. It's become a favorite refuge for people seeking a respite from chaos—though arrive early if parking matters, as it can get tight during peak hours.

The cafe is pretty spacious and lots of seating area. It's clean and quiet to work remotely or to study. The staff are very kind and I love their fun menu options and pastries. The Jimmy Pesto is savory and love the pesto, feta cheese and egg combo. The Ciabatta Bing has a hint of spice and it was very delicious. The chicken was flavorful and their homemade bread is so soft on the inside. As for pastries, the Ube Swirl bread slice was really good. A little too sweet for the asian taste imo. The Coffee Cake was decent but I found it a little too crumbly.

This café has become my favorite spot to enjoy a coffee, a sandwich/pastry, and a respite from the chaos of my workday. Parking can get a little crowded during busy times but it's never been so packed that I couldn't find a spot. There is free no-password wifi, nice clean bathrooms, indoor and outdoor seating that is both plentiful and comfortable, tons of natural lighting and greenery, an excellent atmosphere, very friendly staff, live music on weekends, and even a little nature walk/creek right next door. Such a unique find in the middle of a very busy area near Arsenal Yards. My only wish is that it was open later (it's open daily 8am-3pm), but I also appreciate that the staff never has to work a double shift this way. I highly recommend the crema roast turkey or the jimmy pesto!

Highly not recommended. Food was bad, coffee was ok, service was abysmal. The bacon was all fat in the sandwich, the “bagel” wasn’t even a bagel, and the staff isn’t friendly - you say thank you and they ignore you. And extremely pricey. Nothing redeeming here unfortunately. Find a real coffee shop.

The quality of the coffee here is among the best I’ve had in the Boston area—rich, flavorful, and perfectly brewed. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their food options, including the gluten-free choices, are of high quality and reasonably priced. I especially appreciated the care they take with gluten-free orders. One of the staff members, who has celiac disease, was particularly attentive and ensured my order was handled carefully to avoid any cross-contamination. Highly recommend this place for both coffee lovers and those seeking delicious gluten-free options!

Every a Revival location is unique and serves creative and healthy options. I love the wide variety of quiet and comfy seating option and plenty of plugs for a computer! Almost everything is accessible. There are no stairs, but the doors are very heavy: too heavy for me. I needed help. Would be great if they installed a button. Plenty of parking. Great for remote work! This is a blood orange ricotta scone. Yes, it was YUM.
