We found ourselves in Hood River and looking for a place we could enjoy some local ciders. Crush Cider Café was it! The service was friendly and welcoming, the selection of ciders was large with something for everyone's tastes, and everything we sampled was delicious. We ended up leaving with a 6-pack of ciders canned on site with our favorites. Their tacos were phenomenal, and the warm house made corn tortillas were fantastic. We dined outside and the patio was cozy. Definitely make this a stop when you are in Hood River if you are looking to try a wide variety of ciders and enjoy delicious food!
This was $15 and delicious. I felt cared for here and the food felt home cooked. On a Friday night Hood River was so so busy but this little gem had easy street parking and was quiet and lovely.
We stopped by New York Subs, and found Crush Cider as well. Nice outdoor seating, great selection of ciders, good beers (especially German biers), and a great pretzel. Friendly, casual staff in a nice mellow setting.
Update 1 year later: Continues to be one of my fave spots! I love the homemade yummy food with such warmth and flavor! I love the variety in ciders and being able to get cans ordered of my own fave flavors for home. Plus the slushees 🤤The most amazing people work here and the cider is unbeatable. Walk in for a yummy cozy homemade meal and cider and feel like you’re with family. This place is high energy and so vibrant. Not to miss in Hood River!!
I really like that they have 11 different ciders to try. Some of them I liked, some not so much. The lunch special was really good, got soggy fast but still good. The kids pizza is good, no sauce but really good cheese. I didn't really like the customer services cause it was really confusing. They don't have indoor seating it's outside only. I heard about the inside being amazing but your not allowed in there. I don't think I will be going back there again. I don't recommend it. If you have a dog and out for a walk go there because they are dog friendly since it's outside only
