Crema's Take
“Lazy Suzy radiates an effortlessly welcoming energy that keeps regulars coming back, with a bright, airy atmosphere that feels equally suited for focused solo work or leisurely friend meetups. The espresso-focused drinks are consistently excellent—reviewers rave about the coffee's quality and the patience of standout barista Lucy—while long communal tables and reliable wifi make it a genuinely social space for Brooklyn's work-from-cafe crowd. There's something special about how this spot balances comfort and intentionality, never feeling rushed despite being a serious coffee destination.”

I can't comment on the food because I only had a house blend of coffee (it was 4 out of 5 stars). My work requires meetings wherever I can find space to hold them, and Lazy Suzy is perfect for one on one meetings or virtual work.
This place always keeps me coming back !! I love the feel and how it looks so cozy and comfortable!! Makes me wanna stay !! Matter of fact this was my 3rd time !! And I never seen the clothes !! They are amazing . Lastly ..the coffe is always really delicious but the grounds themselves are very amazing !
Lazy Suzy is my favorite cafe to do work from in Bushwick. The atmosphere is calm, bright, and airy. Lucy is the best barista; sweet, smiling always, and patient when there’s a snafu. Absolutely love it here!!!! But get here early if you want a seat.
Love this place! Such a great place on Saturdays to meet with friends and read! During the workday it’s also so great with the long tables and people working in solidarity! Coffee (specifically the cold brew) is my go to and has never failed to put a smile on my face and jazz me up for the day. I’ve had some of their specialty baked goods and the matcha one was extra delightful!
This is my favorite cafe in Bushwick! The cafe is bright and airy and has just a very good vibe. The coffee drinks are superb and interesting. They get it right every time. It is a great place to get some work done alone and also perfect for socializing. I love the HUGE community table in the middle of the cafe but you can sneak off to other areas for more privacy. The owners and the baristas are sweethearts. Last week, I arranged to have a group of photographers gather on the big table early Sunday morning and everyone was super sweet. Thank you Andy and Johnny and the baristas for hosting us.
