Crema's Take

This Memphis spot nails the art of a leisurely brunch experience with genuinely creative takes on both coffee and food—their deviled eggs are legendary for a reason, and signature drinks like the Memphis Muse prove they take their specialty beverages seriously. The elegant, photogenic atmosphere and attentive staff (shoutout to Roman) make it a destination for both casual mornings and special celebrations, though be warned that their commitment to quality means service moves at its own pace, so come with time to linger. It's the kind of place where an hour-long wait feels less frustrating when you're sipping a well-made drink in a beautiful room, surrounded by people who clearly care about what they're serving.

Very slow service. Waited an hour for our food. Did enjoy some bread, a glass of wine, and Moscow mule while we waited which was tasty but overall the service was very slow. One server for a relatively busy night in between Christmas and NYE. Restaurant is well decorated and is located inside of the swanky and eclectic Memphian hotel. Enjoyed but left hoping for more. Could have been just a slow night.

I was staying at the Mexican Inn and me and my sister decided to get some breakfast, we were greeted by Roman who took really good care of us, our breakfast was absolutely delicious. We came really early in the morning and so it was a nice slow pace. We were able to take pictures of the great decor on the walls, and the food came quickly. The ingredients were hot. They were fresh and it was probably one of the best restaurant experiences we have had.

Went here one afternoon after work. It was fairly empty. They have a special menu for this time, happy hour. Got the Memphis Muse drink, which was really tasty and exactly what I needed: something not too strong but relaxing. And the double cheeseburger. No complaints about the burger. They have a really limited menu during happy hour.

Went to a birthday dinner Friday night, the food was so good, great atmosphere, perfect background for photos. I will be going again! Updated review from my second visit: CP hosted my birthday party this past weekend and it was the perfect venue for a large celebration; offering an array of craft cocktails from the friendliest bartender along with incredible appetizers! The exquisite decor, featuring ambient lighting and chic furnishings, creates a sophisticated atmosphere that enhances the photos! The manager, Harvey, elevated the overall experience, ensuring that every detail is catered to perfection. With a delectable dinner menu that delights even the most discerning palates, this restaurant truly deserves its five-star rating for exceptional service and unforgettable moments.
