So fast! (and so hard for me to find 😵‍💫 Apparently this is where the convenience store used to be) I just came here after breakfast for a flavored drip coffee, and it was practically ready before my card finished processing the payment. The coconut coffee is lovely! Will have to come back and try the food some time.

Common Ground, tucked into the first floor of a bank in the heart of town, is a modern gem with a chill, college-town vibe that Midwest folks will dig. The sleek decor and cozy seating make it perfect for unwinding or studying. Warm, friendly baristas serve up killer coffee, but brace yourself for the parking hustle—metered street spots are tough to snag. Still, the laid-back atmosphere, this secluded hang out makes it worth the effort. It’s the kind of spot where you’ll feel at home, sipping a latte, soaking in the relaxed Midwestern city charm.

Very Starbucks-esque but without the wait. I was staying at the Doubletree across the street and they could not get their act together making simple coffee so I booked it and came here. Glad I did! They had about 5 cooler cases full of energy drinks to boot! Also had healthy breakfast food options!!!

Common Grounds is a top notch coffee shop in downtown Omaha. They even made me a special coffee since I told them about my cat. The baristas are friend and knowledgeable and the coffee is great!

Amazing little coffee shop inside the bank building. I visited every morning for a week! No lines, excellent espresso, super friendly service, and affordable prices. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Omaha.
