I came here on grand opening day right at 9AM that turned into an almost 2 hour wait for just one drink, which was just a milk bubble tea. I originally asked for grass jelly but it was unavailable. I did not get an apology either when they brought my drink out. The milk tea was just okay, nothing special considering a 2 hr wait. Unfortunately this left such a bad taste and not sure I’d come back to be honest. The guy who took my order at the front desk was very nice though.

We went for the grand opening and they were so disorganized. They took so long to make take the order. We literally waited 45 mins before anyone acknowledged us. And then it took another 30 minutes for the drinks. The drinks tasted powdery and were not good. They ran out of boba so we had to substitute. Even so, I barely got any flan in the drink. The drinks are also overpriced - over $8 for an 18 oz. Overall, not great service and drinks were subpar.

The drink was good but the price is absolutely absurd. It’s so expensive I can’t even justify it for a small treat once in a while. And my drink was on the small size for the price. I won’t be back anytime soon

It’s always good to see how a place reacts to being busy. So of course, in the middle of making 31 drinks for an online order, my son involuntary helped them test this as he dropped his boba for the first time in forever trying to get the whipped cream off the top. They quickly cleaned it, told me not to worry about it and made him another one… Sadly, he lost his drinking privileges so I drank it. Jk. But yeah they were very kind. Also, they make their own purée for the fruit drinks, fresh taro and tiramisu cream. Boba quality was good. I didn’t experience any over cooked or undercooked pieces.
