SnackLab, now BeetThyme

I waited over a half hour just for a matcha…not sure what has changed but it’s unfortunate. Was a huge fan because of all the healthy options. If they were better staffed especially on Saturdays it would greatly improve customer experience.

Was wanting something healthy and quick for lunch so decided to try Snack Lab today. I am SO glad I did, I think it will be one of my new favorites. I got the salmon risotto bowl, granola girl latte and beet juice. I expected everything to taste pretty healthy, not necessarily yummy, but I was so pleasantly surprised that each thing was delicious! Like seriously so tasty. The bowl is very fresh and flavorful, the latte is one of my favorites I’ve had in NWA and the juice is so refreshing. Also loved their selection of ready to go snacks and meals— will definitely be a weekly go-to for me now.

First time trying snack lab they catered to my job. It was amazing. The chicken burrito was 10/10 on flavor and the customer service was amazing. They also make their own granola which is made with 100% cocoa! Also good. I am going to be a long time customer.

I love their Harvest Mocha — it’s so delicious, and I really appreciate that they use dates instead of sugar. I also tried the Violet Haze, which was not only beautiful but also really calming. Both the girls at the front are so sweet and even remembered us on just our second visit! This place is quickly becoming our new favorite clean café in town, and I love that they offer so many vegetarian options — something that’s rare to find in NWA

I am so glad I found this place! Such a nice mix of convenient snacks and beverages and actual meals! Their juices are so clean and tasty. Everyone was so nice. I’m definitely coming back!
