Chez Bon Bon

Really thought i was just going into another strip cafe with some gimmicky ripoff and bad coffee. Pleasantly surprised when the Gelato and coffee here could standalone in Seattle(seattle sucks dont go there). Quality Gelato with solid ingredients and a real cortado.

Talk about pieces of art! This place is under-emphasized and should be a must-go location with shout outs from hotel. We chose a handful of different pastries to try because everything was so beautiful and everything was just as delicious as they looked. My compliments to the pastry chef! The almond pastry, the crunchy croissant, eclair, chocolate croissant and the amazing service -- is will be back

10/16/2025. Staying at the Fountainebleau for the first time. Got some coffee and snack just to hold us over before dinner 1. Pumpkin spice latte with extra sugar and almond milk: fantastic 2. Chocolate croissants $8: very good pastry 3. Location: first floor: right across from the casino floor. Easy to find. Definitely recommend it for breakfast and pastries

There are sooooo many good looking treats in here is think I gained 10 pounds just walking through getting a coffee!!! The coffee was really good...I will come back to get some treats as my wife got a chocolate chip cookie and it was sooooo good.

Such tasty pastries here!! They feel very high quality and made with good ingredients. The pressed croissant was crispy on the outside but also soft and chewy on the inside. The raspberry dip was so sweet and creamy. They had tons of other treat and quick breakfast options that all seem reasonably priced given the elegance of this resort.
