Crema's Take

Nestled in Healdsburg, this beloved spot blends a thoughtful cafe with a curated general store, where the owner's passion shines through in everything from house-made chili sauce to impeccably fresh sandwiches like crispy eggplant and banh mi. The unhurried outdoor seating and genuinely warm service create the perfect setting for lingering over coffee and pastries with friends, family, or a loved one between wine country visits. It's the kind of place where locals celebrate life's big moments—they've even handled full wedding receptions—because the care that goes into each meal feels personal.

My husband and I stopped off today to have lunch. The food and service were FANTASTIC! We were hungry for something new and fresh. We were definitely fulfilled! My husband had the Banh Mi Sandwich and I had the Chicken Salad Sandwich. I had them make it lettuce wrap style and it was DELISH! My husband loved his sandwich too. This will definitely be on our stop when we are in the area. It’s a little out of the way but definitely worth the short drive through gorgeous country. If they had a 10 star option I would do that!!! We will be back soon.

We used the catering services for our wedding reception. We had eloped to New Orleans and so we wanted a NOLA themed dinner for our guests and Michelle knocked it out of the park. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. From the creative appetizers to the delicious family style dinner and dessert everything was perfect. Would definitely use Jimtown and Them Sum’s catering again. Can’t wait to go back to the delicious restaurant too. The curry chicken salad sandwich is my favorite. Oh I should mention the catering staff was also top notch! We had 80 people and everyone’s needs were tended to!

This restaurant and store is amazing! I absolutely loved the chili sauce and had the chance to taste a wide array of items on the menu. The owner pours her heart and soul into the food and you can certainly taste the authenticity come through. If you're looking for authentic dim sum in Sonoma County you've got to take a ride to check this spot out. The historic setting has been a Sonoma County landmark for decades and glad to support small business owners who see value in bringing this place back to life after it closed during COVID. Will be back soon!!!

We stopped to eat here after wine tasting. It is a very charming place. Loved the atmosphere. We loved the food. It was prepared well and tasted great! The only thing that we didn't like were the prices. It was way too expensive. A sandwich here cost more money that one in New York City. Perhaps they have you because this is ten minutes from town and no direct competition. Although the food and service were good, I would probably not return and go somewhere else for lunch.

Friendly service, delicious sandwiches, cold drinks and local goods. A lovely spot to stop and enjoy great food and shop for local gems. I had the crispy eggplant sandwich and the bread was amazing, quality vegetables, flavor on pointe, and very filling. I’ll be back and look forward to their expanded menu as well!
