Crema's Take

Biscuits Cafe is a beloved Federal Way breakfast institution that nails the comfort food formula with generous, stick-to-your-ribs portions and a warm, grandma's-kitchen atmosphere that keeps locals coming back. The real draw here is their build-your-own breakfast flexibility and fun flight options that let you sample multiple items, paired with genuinely attentive service and surprisingly solid brunch cocktails like their fruit-forward mimosas. It's the kind of busy, unpretentious spot where you'll feel right at home lingering over coffee with friends or family, even if some dishes play it safer than others.

What to expect

Overall good atmosphere, friendly staff, and good musical selections to create an enjoyable dining experience. The food was decent (especiallythe pancakes), but I do think that on the day of our visit, the cook(s) missed the step of adding cheese inside our omelettes 💁🏾‍♀️😏.…

This was amazing for breakfast. They had so many flights for different things so you could really get a taste of everything. The food was amazing and had really fun options. They were busy so probably going early is best but we didn’t wait too long for a table.

The server was very professional and friendly.. While the food was satisfactory, the French toast and waffles could have been enhanced in flavor. The hash browns also lacked the desired taste. Sausage was our favorite ~

Family owned and operated since 1998, this breakfast café is a real "find". The veggie omelet was full of perfectly sautéed vegetables and the egg was fluffy. Hash browns were grilled- crispy outside and soft inside. Very friendly, attentive wait staff.
