Rum Cake Lady Cuban Cafe -Blue Ridge

What an awesome find in Blue Ridge! So many gluten free options! The deserts were incredible. The Cuban coffee was yummmm, the plantains, bowl and Florida style Cuban sandwich were all exceptional! Can’t wait to come back!

Truly excellent Cuban sandwich. Delicious empanada, tamales, and green sauce (with a little heat). They packed the tamales could for the trip home and they reheat very well. The rum cake is wonderful. Well worth a stop if you're in town - worth a side trip if you're anywhere nearby.

A must stop every single time we’re in Blue Ridge. The Cuban rum cake lady is truly one of our favorite traditions. We drive from west Palm beach daydreaming about the Cuban sandwiches, they’re better than any place in Florida. We plan our trips knowing we’ll stop here, and it never disappoints. If you’re in Blue Ridge and skip this, you’re missing out. Absolute gem.

Yum yum yum! We truly enjoyed our Cuban meal at Rum Cake Lady Cuban Cafe. My husband and I split the cuban sandwich, croquettes, maduros, and chicken empanada. We enjoyed some Cuban sodas as well. The hospitality was excellent, as was the food. The only thing that would have made it better is to have some mojitos with our meal. 10/10, we’ll definitely be back!

Do not skip this place when you visit Blue Ridge! The food was some of the best on our trip. We got the Tampa Cubano and Media Noche for lunch - both were so good! I tried a guava & cream cheese pastry which was to die for! We also got coffees to go and a rum cake tower to try multiple cakes. All of them were great! So good that we went back and got 2 full size cakes to take to Thanksgiving! In addition to all these great foods, all of the people working were so nice. They were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend!!
