Impeccable service, incredible food, stunning ambience! Every attention to detail has been taken at this new gem in downtown blue ridge. Such a breath of fresh air for blue ridge. Chef has extensive background in the culinary industry and his wife and business partner is just lovely. The chicken sandwich SO dynamic… the short rib pot stickers a must order! Craft cocktails and wine list are well thought out and unique. Truly special…Really hoping that blue ridge and the tourists who visit here appreciate this welcomed addition as it’s in a league of its own!

This is an excellent restaurant in the heart of Blue Ridge. Seating is very comfortable, the food is very good and the service is impeccable. If you’re wandering in and out of the downtown shops, enjoy lunch at the Pullman. I had the Pullman Burger and it has a unique flavor. I highly recommend it.

OMG This place was sooooo needed in Blue Ridge! What a gem! The service was impeccable and the food was even better! We loved the cocktails, the tuna and chicken sandwich!! Andrea was superb 👌, so sweet and definitely was making sure we were taken care of! Kristy the owner came by to say hello which was the cherry on top! Definitely will be back, probably tomorrow! We're from Fla and visit Blue Ridge often, now this restaurant makes our visits even sweeter! MIMI AND PHIL

An amazing spot to eat at!!! We stumbled upon the Pullman looking for lunch, and we are really happy we found this place. The food was DELICIOUS. I had the lox toast and my boyfriend had the monte cristo and we both cleared our plates. The service we received was also amazing, our server was attentive and efficient all throughout our meal. The owner also came by our table to greet us and check in on us a few times. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% worth to try it!

I had the pleasure of going in this morning for their trial run and tried the short rib hash. It was so delicious and unique. I'm so excited to have this new restaurant in Blue Ridge! Ready for them to open to the public on Thursday! 5☆'s
